- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with order details once your purchase is confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable shipping services across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Charges vary depending on weight, size, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders exceeding ₨10,000 (for select products and locations).
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order through the courier service’s website using the provided tracking number.
5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, a delivery reattempt may be scheduled.
- If the delivery fails multiple times, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to Pakistan only.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once dispatched. However, you may request a return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Provide photos of the damaged product & packaging as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
